[MC update] photo and art gallery

I've added a new section to my blog: a photo and art gallery, or "visual 
blog."  I tested it on three different browsers, so I hope it works for 
everybody.  There are currently three sections: MCart, MCtarot, and 
MCphotos (which has a variety of sub- and sub-sub-galleries).  I've 
spent most of my time setting up the framework, and now I need to go add 
more photos.  Once I buy a digital camera in April, expect it to 
explode!  I haven't managed to work the feed in, so I'll created a 
"recently added" gallery somewhen.
