[MC update] new list; new pages

Greetings all!  I have been very busy, and there is much to share.  

First of all, this is the first post through the new (and hopefully
final) home of this mailing list.  Everyone should get a little info
email about it.  Unfortunately, I don't have much control over the text
of that welcome email, but it should at least include a link to the
information and subscriber preferences pages.  Since I had to
mass-subscribe when transferring this list, individual preference
settings will be lost.  In other words, if you are "nomail" and reading
posts on the web, you will have to reset it.  I don't know why anyone
would be nomail on this list though; it's not like I am flooding y'all
with posts or anything!  In fact, this is the fourth post in two years.
Anyway, if you ever need anything or have questions, just write to me.
